Nomad Clear is a disposable weekly pack, specifically designed for use by Community patients. It is light and compact, safe and very easy to use.
The transparent tray and seal ensures that the medication is clearly visible and medication times are clearly stated. The specially designed seal ensures that the patient can easily access their medication and that it is not affected by moisture. Clear uses a cold seal that reduces sealing time considerably and requires no heat sealer thus keeping running costs to a minimum. Medication details, in the form of bottle labels, can be fixed to the insert card contained in the lid.
The folding lid also provides extra protection for the seal and medication. The low running costs of the system makes the Community market a very attractive proposition for the pharmacist.
The latest trays have indents on the lid enabling them to be stacked easily in the pharmacy one filled. The standard pack contains 250 trays, seals and insert cards. Spare seals can be purchased in packs of 20s in case of medication changes etc, but the supply of these to customers is restricted.
Nomad Clear XL
An extra large version of the Nomad Clear is now available, the Clear XL. The larger tray is more suited to those patients on more complex medication regimes. The Clear XL is available in packs of 100 including the seal and insert cards.
